**IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT**

We have good news, and not so good news. We’ll start with the good news. 

We have gained back our customer service rep, Jennae Brehmer! She has been out of the office for some time now tending to family needs. We are so happy and hopeful to have her back, and strive to be working as a well-oiled machine again VERY soon! Please bear with us as we work through the transition of getting her back. Soon, we will have a direct phone line to her for any texts, calls, etc. Emailing her is still the best option for questions and contact: customerservice@coingaffs.com

On to the important information:

Unfortunately, due to many events including: Jennae’s absence, family needs, machine combustion, shop injuries, etc, we are at an extreme backlog of orders. Our current turnaround time has been bumped to 6-8 weeks. 

What often gets forgotten is the fact that Schoolcraft Precision (minus our previously mentioned customer service rep) is a one-man show. Our precision gaffs are made to order, by one person. This person is striving to be a father, husband, and head of a business. We might be biased, but he is one dang master machinist (and grill-master on the side)! Time and time again, we are informed by our wonderful customers who have waited the turnaround time -occasionally even longer- that our product is well worth the wait. It’s you who help us keep going. That being said, we fully stand behind our product, and are willing to state without a doubt that our gaffs ARE worth the wait. These are custom, hand-made pieces of art. We look forward to you owning and using our product in your routines. 

All explanations aside, Jamie is working tirelessly to get our backlog completed in the quickest way possible. If you are waiting on your order, and are well within that 6-8 week timeframe, rest assured your order is on the production line. Our production line is just very long right now. In effort to have the best approach to the current madness, Jamie will be stepping away from all communication: phone, email, text, Facebook. As previously mentioned, please contact customerservice@coingaffs.com with any questions or concerns.
