*We cannot ship via USPS to the following countries due to closures: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.
Q: What is the current turnaround time?
A: As of March 2023, our current turnaround time for standard website items is 8-10 weeks, as each order is being handmade to order by Jamie alone.
Q: What is your international shipping rate?
A: We use international USPS which is $49. We want to have the best shipping experience for ourselves and for our customers. With USPS we can ensure safe delivery, and file for reimbursement should something happen along the way. We only use the best for our customers.*
Q: Will I get tracking information?
A: Yes, you will get an automatic shipping notification with tracking number once your product has been scheduled for shipment.
Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: If your order is not custom, we do offer returns for a refund minus a restocking fee and shipping. The return shipping cost is at the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us to request a return.
Q: Do you sell ungaffed coins?
A: Unless you are ordering extra coins with a purchase being made, we are not selling ungaffed coins by themselves at this time.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: *Update* - as of March 2023, we are not currently open for custom orders. You can still contact us to see if we'd be able to take on a custom order in the future.
We do make custom orders, on an approval basis. Please contact us with details on the coins including: composition, exact measurements of thickness and diameter, detailed photos of head and tail. The turnaround time for custom orders is 6-8 weeks, depending on the project.
Q: Do you discount orders if I provide my own coins?
A: Yes, we do have provided coin discounts per coin provided.
Q: Do you make accommodations for VATs?
A: No, we are not responsible for any country's VATs, nor do we make any accommodations for them.
